Terms of Use

Effective date: September 1, 2025

Agreement between Zolplay LLC ("Zolplay", "we") and you ("you"). By accessing or using Beacon or our website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You’re responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your password secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

2) License & acceptable use

We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code (except where prohibited restrictions by law).
• Circumvent security or rate‑limit mechanisms.
• Access the Service to build a competing product.
• Upload or transmit malware, harmful code, or unlawful content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or others’ use of it.

3) User content

If you submit content (e.g., feedback, text), you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, and display it to operate and improve the Service. You represent you have the rights to provide such content and that it doesn’t violate law or third‑party rights.

4) Third‑party services

The Service may integrate with third‑party services (e.g., analytics, hosting). We’re not responsible for third‑party terms or policies; your use of those is governed by their terms.

5) Intellectual property

The Service, including software, design, logos, and content, is owned byZolplay LLC or its licensors and is protected by IP laws. Except for the license above, we reserve all rights.

6) Beta features

We may offer preview/beta features. They are provided “as is,” may change, and may be discontinued at any time.

7) Disclaimers

The Service is provided“as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law,we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or forloss of profits,revenues,data, orgoodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim is limited to thegreater of US$100 or the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9) Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

10) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or for legitimate business reasons. Upon termination, your license ends and certain sections (e.g., IP, Disclaimers, Liability, Indemnity) survive.

11) Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed byUnited States law without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located inCheyenne, Wyoming, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction there.

12) Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we’ll provide notice (e.g., by email or posting). Changes are effective when posted unless indicated otherwise. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
